Equipass allows owners and authorised caretakers to view their horse’s temperature records in a clear and accessible format. This view-only feature gives quick access to historical temperature readings, helping users monitor trends and stay informed about a horse’s health status.
Source of temperature data
All temperature data displayed in Equipass is automatically synchronised from trusted sources, such as the FEI HorseApp. In line with the FEI Horse Health Requirements, any new temperature measurements or updates must currently be recorded directly in the FEI HorseApp. Equipass reflects this information once it has been entered in the FEI system.
What’s coming next
Future Equipass updates will expand temperature management capabilities. This includes the ability to record temperature readings directly within Equipass, as well as support for thermal microchip readings through the upcoming Scan & Trace feature. These enhancements will further simplify health monitoring while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
